Define Wellbeing offers choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life using evidence based modalities of movement and mindfulness customizing programs in large group settings as well as individual. We believe  wellness is an active process and respect the needs of each individual to execute at the pace that works for them with our offerings. “Wellness is more than being free from illness, it is a dynamic process of change and growth. Evidenced based modalities as adjunct treatment in clinical settings. Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Mindful Based Stress Reduction and Fitness. Services offered include consulting, curriculum design, education workshops and program facilitation. Virtual options available.
